Terms

You need to be 18 or older to use Clockin Duo. One account per person, and one person per account - an account is paired to exactly one other account.

Do not use Clockin Duo to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to reach data that is not yours. We can suspend an account that does.

What you write, set as a goal or paste stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service - to store it and show it to the one person you are paired with.

You are responsible for what you share. Links you paste are played by YouTube, and their terms apply to that playback.

Clockin Duo is free to use. Premium is $6/month, billed monthly, and covers both people in the pair.

Cancel any time from Settings. Premium then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew. We do not give partial refunds for time you have not used, but if something went wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.

Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, who are the merchant of record. Their terms cover the transaction itself.

You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless we are prevented from doing so.

Clockin Duo is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and we do not promise it will never be unavailable or never lose data. Keep anything you cannot afford to lose somewhere else as well.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
